Event Delivery Crew

Location: Cromwell, Central Otago

Flock Events is New Zealand’s largest luxury event furniture hire company, delivering curated, high-end furniture and décor for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private functions across the country.
We're on the hunt for a Casual Event Delivery Crew in Cromwell – hands-on team players who are switched on, enjoy variety and take pride in getting the job done right.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be loading trucks, working on pack-ins and pack-downs at events and helping our team to deliver the standard of experience our clients expect from Flock.

    • Casual role (hours vary depending on event schedule)

    • Flexible working hours (Weekend and early morning / late-night work required.)

    • Cromwell-based role with opportunity to work on out of town events from time to time

    • Full Driver’s License is essential (ability to drive manual and Class 2 licence are major advantages)

    • Installs and pack-downs

    • Supporting the team lead in delivering smooth, efficient event execution

    • Ensuring trucks are loaded/unloaded accurately and safely

    • Maintaining high standards of care when handling furniture and décor

    • Problem-solving on the go and adapting to changing timelines

    • Delivering a professional customer service on-site

    • Reliable, respectful, proactive, and takes ownership of their work

    • Practical and confident with loading and packing trucks

    • Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet

    • Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work

    • Strong communicator who works well with different personalities

    • Well-presented and confident around clients

    • Experience in events, logistics, or team leadership preferred

    • Work on some of New Zealand’s biggest events and most beautiful venues
