LEAD PLANNER

Alesia joined Flock after an extensive career in Melbourne Events. She is our Lead Planner for Flock Hawke’s Bay and oversees Wedding Hire. Alesia has been put to the test in all areas of coordination, and thrives under pressure. She is known for her DeWalt toolbox on-the-day kit.

MANAGING DIRECTOR | HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Alice is responsible for the day-to-day running of all 3 Flock locations. With a background in performance and a passion for Entrepenuership, Alice ensures that the behind the scenes and strategic processes of Flock are running smoothly.

AUCKLAND WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Brendon joins us from an extensive background in events and PR. Previously the GM of Arkade, Brendon joined Flock at a key moment of growth. Overseeing new clients, the delivery team, and the management of our warehouse, Brendon keeps our flagship Auckland branch in order. He also makes a damn good smashburger!

EVENT ADMINISTRATOR

Charly is our wedding event administrator. She takes care of all our wedding clients hiring furniture. Charly has an incredible background in super yachts, owning her own supply business in Croatia. She is well versed in service, and our clients know it!

DELIVERY COORDINATOR

Dylan is responsible for the delivery teams across the board. He is known as our charmer, always going above and beyond for clients on site. Dylan has previously been the Warehouse Manager for Auckland and Cromwell, and stepped into the Delivery Coordinator role after high praise from our corporate market.

HAWKE’S BAY WAREHOUSE MANAGER | DIRECTOR

Kris is one half of the original Flock team alongside Alice. With an extensive farming background, Kris is the “American Muscle” solver of all problems. He is often on the road helping the various locations’ logistics and operations.

LEAD PLANNER / STYLIST

Isabel is our Auckland Lead Planner / Stylist. An established florist, and well used to the event scene, Isabel has an incredible eye for details. She creates beautiful, unique and thoughtful events in Auckland and surrounds.

DELIVERY TEAM - AUCKLAND

Jesse comes to Flock from a background in building and construction. Always smiling and going above and beyond for clients, Jesse is a strong on-site favourite.

CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Known for her fast replies, long fingernails and tattoos, Jess is the face of our Corporate clientele. With an international background in Tourism and Events, Jess loves the corporate arm of Flock and is well known and loved in our business event sphere.

DELIVERY LEAD AUCKLAND

Hayden is our resident Tetris expert. He is known for his ability to pack a truck TIGHT. Hayden is known by our regular Auckland clients, and is always the first to volunteer to help his fellow team members however he can.

ATRIUM MANAGER

Lucy manages The Atrium, a modern Hawke’s Bay venue that falls under the Flock portfolio. She has held all jobs inside of Flock from Admin Assistant to Lead Planner and is known as the Jill-of-all-trades. Lucy owns Social Hire, a small hire company based in Hawke’s Bay.

LEAD STYLIST

Nat is known for her incredible eye for detail with a side of OCD. An established Interior Designer, Nat joined Flock as a wedding stylist for a taste of something new. She curates gorgeous affairs with no detail missed. Nat is based in Hawke’s Bay.

DELIVERY LEAD - HAWKE’S BAY

Quintin is known for going above and beyond on jobs. Always smiling, and always happy to assist. He joined Flock after a long career in marquees. “A breath of fresh air” is how Quintin has been recognised.

DELIVERY TEAM - AUCKLAND

Robbie joins us from an extensive career in truck driving. Always known as being “so lovely”, Robbie is our forward thinker, great to be around, happy to do anything for you delivery team member.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Mama Sue as she’s known, or “The Boomer”, Sue is Flock’s Account Manager. She has an extensive background in office management, administration and vast experience in high level personal assistant roles. She runs all financial and legal aspects to Flock.
