Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager

Flock Events is New Zealand’s largest luxury event furniture hire company, delivering curated, high-end furniture and styling for corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and private functions nationwide.

We’re looking for a Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager to grow our presence in the corporate and commercial events spaces across the country. This role is focused on building strong relationships, securing new business, and delivering a seamless, high-end client experience from first enquiry through to event execution.

This is not a transactional sales role, it’s about understanding client vision, building trust, and positioning Flock as the go-to partner for premium event delivery.

  • Full-time role based in Auckland

  • Some travel may be required for client meetings and events

  • Flexibility required around key events and client needs

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Building and managing relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities

  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to confirmation

  • Preparing tailored proposals, quotes, and concepts

  • Collaborating with the operations team (planners, stylists, warehouse & delivery) to ensure seamless delivery

  • Acting as the on-site key client contact for high-value and complex events

  • Growing repeat business and long-term partnerships

  • Representing Flock at industry events and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or partnerships (events or related industries preferred)

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with people

  • Polished, professional, and confident with high-end clients

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • A proactive, self-driven approach to generating new business

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once

  • A genuine interest in events, design, and client experience

  • Practical experience implementing AI tools to improve workflows, systems, and efficiency (beyond basic or surface-level use)

  • Someone who can problem solve
